Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
We don’t accept returns on beer or other perishable items. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we may be able to offer an exchange or replacement in specific cases.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase.
To request an exchange or report an issue, please email us at logistics@hammertonbrewery.co.uk with your order number, a description of the problem, and any relevant photos. If approved, we’ll send instructions and a return address. Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first, as we won’t be able to accept it.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as expected, let us know as soon as possible. We’ll make it right with a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.
Items not eligible for exchange
Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to offer exchanges on:

Beer or other perishable goods

Sale items or gift cards

Any product that’s been opened or used

Refunds
If we’ve agreed to a refund, we’ll let you know once your return’s been received and checked. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow a few extra days for your bank to clear the payment.
