Made In the Dark #3 - Imperial Chocolate 7.9% ABV:
To celebrate Hammertons 10 years of brewing, we blended an imperial stout with our 2022 vintage, which had been sitting in a variety of different Speyside Scotch barrels for 20 months, with the oldest having a 21 YO scotch in it. 9 different malt varieties were used, the result on the nose is chocolate, scotch and dark winter fruit with a luxurious body and a dry finish.
Crunch 5.4% ABV:
After 3 months and 37 experiments, this Stout has what we consider to be the perfect ratio of Peanut Butter, Lactose, and Biscuit. A massive hit of roasted peanuts and biscuit on the nose, followed by a silky-smooth mouthfeel, and a sweet CRUNCH as it goes down
